This policy explains what information UK to Australia Jobs ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to keep this short and plain.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request your full pathway summary or buy a review, you provide your first name, email address, occupation and the answers you select in the on-site check.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Stripe / Omonix Ltd). We do not see or store your full card details.
- Technical information. Standard server logs and any privacy-respecting analytics we use, such as your approximate location and the pages you view.
How we use it
- To produce your Opportunity Score and pathway summary.
- To carry out the CV and job-readiness review you have paid for.
- To contact you by email with your results and relevant next steps.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
Lawful basis
We process your information to provide the service you request (performance of a contract) and, where relevant, on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest in running and improving the service. You can withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the service (for example, our payment and email providers) and, when you ask us to, with appropriately registered migration professionals.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email omar@thinkingaustralia.com.
